A TOP TOURIST DESTINATION IN BALI, ATTRACTING 4 MILLION VISITOR IN 2025
The Lighthouse by Arthur Mamou-Mani
The lighthouse is called the Tower of Bhuma, which means the ‘Earth’ in Sanskrit, and it’s a symbol of the Earth being protected by three petals and showing the fragility of our earth by Arthur Mamou-Mani. The Tower of Bhuma is a symbol of hope and sustainability.
The design, inspired by the golden ratio, is constructed using reclaimed timber from an old colonial bridge and rattan exterior. With 360° projection mapping and lighting, it involves users recording and sending their audio messages to the distant stars with their smartphones for an interactive experience for all visitors. (more info to complete the info about the tower). Featuring the symbols of the moon, sun, and earth within its design, the sculpture 'The Birth Of A New World' by the artist Alexander Milov represents the emblem of Luna beach Club. Luna is a high-concept destination that embraces exemplary dining, art, creativity, and large-scale events in Nuanu.
TheEarthSentinels by Daniel Popper
Inviting artists to occupy the public space and transform the perceptions of such places. Art can give places a new destination and meaning to enable appropriation for the good of the community.
The Earth sentinels represent some long forgotten ancient ancestors of ours, who like the oldest trees have been petrified in stone and retaken by the forest (plants and greenery weaving with the sculptures). They are guardians of the pathway into the events area that will remind us everyday of the importance of our relationship and the sanctity of our natural world; the forests, mountains and wild lands.
